Bullying, Harassment or any form of abuse towards another child or adult will not be tolerated. 

Bad language also will not be tolerated by anyone at the group. 

If you have any complaints or any issues about anything at all, please report to Gabrielle. 

Permission will be required by each parent/Guardian for your children to be included in photos/videos for publicity purposes for the group. If permission is given, the company will be entitled to use those photos on any form of media/advertisements in order to promote the company/productions. 

If your child is to walk home after a rehearsal, written permission will need to be given to Gabrielle, otherwise your child will not be allowed to walk home alone. 

If there is another adult/guardian collecting your child at the end, you will need to make Gabrielle aware of this at the start of the class by giving a written name of the adult collecting them. 

No chewing gum or fizzy drinks will be allowed to be brought into the class. 

We have got a safeguarding policy in order to keep your children safe and if you would like to view it at all, just let Gabrielle know. 

Due to Safeguarding rules, no adults apart from the adults teaching will be allowed to stay in the room. This is due to the rules issued by essex county council that only adults with a DBS check can be in the room with the children. If you have got any issues or queries about this, please speak to Gabrielle. 

You will need to come in to drop your child off and to collect them at the end so that we can let the children go, they will not be allowed to walk out to the car park to meet you in your car.
